Welcome to Cric Rumble ("Platform", "App", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS
1.1 Minimum Age.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account and use the Services. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use the Services with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and such parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
1.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions.
The Platform does not offer any realâmoney gaming services. Certain features may be restricted where online gaming is prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable local laws.
2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM â SKILLâBASED ENTERTAINMENT
2.1 SkillâBased Games Only.
The Platform offers quizzes, trivia, polls, opinion battles, fan takes, and other interactive features based on cricket knowledge and user opinions. No feature involves betting, wagering, or prediction of future events. Any "predictions" are purely for entertainment.
2.2 No RealâMoney Gambling.
The Platform does not facilitate gambling or realâmoney wagering. All points, badges, and virtual items are for entertainment only and have no cash value.
2.3 Compliance with Indian Laws.
The Platform complies with the Public Gambling Act, 1867, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. All games are games of skill as defined by Indian jurisprudence.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
3.1 Registration.
You must create an account using a valid email or phone number. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Profile Information.
You may choose a username, profile picture, and favourite team. You agree not to use any name or image that is offensive or infringes thirdâparty rights.
3.3 One Account Per User.
You may not create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.
4. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
4.1 Prohibited Conduct.
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Engage in betting, gambling, or realâmoney wagering on the Platform.
- Post content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful, or objectionable.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Manipulate games, quizzes, or leaderboards through automated means or multiple accounts.
- Distribute spam, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Promote gambling or betting services.
4.2 Content Moderation.
We reserve the right to monitor, review, edit, or remove userâgenerated content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 Our Content.
All Platform content (text, graphics, logos, quizzes, software) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5.2 UserâGenerated Content.
By posting content, you grant us a nonâexclusive, royaltyâfree, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with the Services.
5.3 No Commercial Use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
6. POINTS, BADGES, AND VIRTUAL ITEMS
6.1 No Cash Value.
Points, badges, levels, and virtual items are for entertainment only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.
6.2 NonâTransferable.
Points and virtual items are nonâtransferable and cannot be sold or traded.
6.3 Forfeiture.
We reserve the right to modify, expire, or remove points and virtual items at our sole discretion, including upon account suspension or termination.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or errorâfree. We do not guarantee accuracy of cricket statistics or other content. We are not responsible for userâgenerated or thirdâparty content.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding twelve months.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Cric Rumble and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or any content you submit.
11. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
You may delete your account at any time through app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. We may require binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cric Rumble.
